I see. Must be a matter of persepective then, as I would rather my hair be an unusual color than my plants. Hair is much easier to fix.

That's true, I'm dying it to mu natural color but it's still annoying...on the bright side, your plants can't complain.

If this is really a community virus I doubt that they're killed, at least for real. If it's a prank, I don't know, but that's just cruel.
